1. What is your business philosophy?
Saving you hours was started a group of developers who through years of experience realised how under utilised Excel and Access is used in business. One of the main reasons is the cost of development, so our aim is to develop the best solution as cost effectively as possible. Our consultants all have minimum of 15 years experience as both in house developers and consultants. We fix lots of in house systems who try to produce great front ends and forget about the tables and their inter relationships. One of the most common systems we develop is Customer Relations Databases, which have to be available on line to customer support.

5. How do you integrate MS Office?
MS office is designed to be integrated. Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook are all designed to seamlessly integrate together. You should never have to enter data in twice. I see so many horror stories where clients enter data into Excel to calculate, then again into word for formatting then once more to email! We can integrate all that into a one press of a button solution.

9. How do I make a payment to you?
Once you have accepted our solution to you, you can pay by credit card through our website or direct credit us using the bank information on the bottom of your invoice.
10. Is your payment system secure?
Of course the credit card link is through an encrypted server using the latest technology. Of course you are welcome to pay by direct credit to either our US or AUD accounts.
11. What is your guarantee policy?
We believe your customer satisfaction is incredibly important. We pride ourselves in return business. We are aware of the risks of doing business on the internet so to protect you we guarantee to,
| Our prices are fixed and always given upfront. Even when we prototype both the prototype and the final product are quoted up front before we start anything and will remain fixed. Any additional work will also be quoted up front. No surprises! |
| No up front payments are required we will send you a complete and fully working final products. You have 30 days to test and review the product, after 30 days you will need to enter in a passcode (just once) which we will issue once payment is received. |

12. How do I get a refund?
As you do not need to pay us until you are satisfied with the product it is extremely unusual for us to have to issue refunds, but we will refund you in the same method you paid us.
13. Can you help with VBA programming?
Yes if there is not a solution within Excel or Access then we can provide it using VBA. We are happy to help! All of our consultants are highly experienced VBA programmers.
14. Where do you provide your services?
We can provide services anywhere in the world but have presence in Australia United States and Asia.
15. We are on a tight deadline can you help?
Absolutely, but do give us as much notice as you can, it will be much cheaper for you!
